How the In-Kind Program Works
Read all requirements carefully before applying. Incomplete or low-value submissions will not be reviewed.
Minimum Value Requirement
Your contribution must have a verifiable market value of at least 2.5× Bronze tier — a minimum of $2,500 in documented value to the Expo.
What You Receive
All approved in-kind sponsors receive Bronze-level benefits only, regardless of contribution total — with one exception for qualifying media publications.
Value Must Benefit the Expo
Your contribution must create tangible value for our event, our attendees, or our marketing reach — not primarily for your own promotion at our expense.
Selective Acceptance
Submitting is not a guarantee of participation. Not all applicants will be selected. We choose partners whose contributions best serve the Expo and community.
Eligible Contribution Types
★ Special Rule: Media Publications
Print and digital publications (magazines, journals, and media outlets with paid advertising space) are evaluated on a straight-across basis by value: the ad placement you provide determines your tier benefits. Your value must meet the tier minimum to qualify for that tier’s benefits. All other in-kind contributors receive Bronze only.
