The Vendor Success Studio is our free mentorship and business development program for every vendor and community partner in the Expo. Before the event doors ever open, we bring together our partners — including the Colorado SBDC — to equip every business in our community with the strategy, tools, and support they need to walk away stronger than they came in.

About the Expo & Its Founder
Most fitness professionals build a business. Sandi Griffin built a movement — and the difference is everything.
As a former IFBB International Women’s Physique athlete, 20-year professional fitness coach, and trusted advisor to Olympic athletes, military personnel, and medical professionals, Sandi brings a level of credibility and lived experience to this event that simply cannot be manufactured. But it’s not her competitive résumé that drives what she does. It’s what she witnessed during 17 years as a military spouse overseas.
She watched service members and their families carry the weight of PTSD and mental health struggles in silence. She came home to discover that Colorado ranks #7 in the nation for suicide rates. And she decided to do something about it — not from behind a screen, but in a room, face to face, with her community.
The Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo is that room. Every ticket sold sends 100% of proceeds to the Suicide Prevention Partnership. Every speaker, every vendor, every session is chosen with one question in mind: does this make someone’s life better?
